My GF endo'd and pulled her lever out. It wouldn't just push back in, because the threaded rod with the ball on the end was to long to angle back into the seat of the plunger on the hydraulic resevoir.

I turned the threaded rod with ball about one full turn to shorten it just enough so it would fall back in on the plunger of the resevoir, BUT now the lever will not pull in.

I can depress the plunger on the resevoir with a ball end allen wrench of equal size, so the plunger is not siezed, the lever doesn't seem to be hitting on anything, is the threaded ball lever that sensitive to length? I don't think so. Any ideas????

Cheers,
