How to straight Shimano brake hose?

I am using my old Shimano Deore brakes on my new bike. However, due to the fact that those brakes were used on my previous bike, rear hose does not follow the line of my downtube. On the place where the hose should be straight it S curved. How to make it straight? I thought to warm it up but I am afraid to overheat the brake fluid. Any ideas?

You probably wouldn't overheat the fluid but the liner/outer hose could be damaged. Gently routing the hose and some time may straighten out the hose. Honestly the best is to go to your lbs and have them replace the hose with some new stuff.
