How to route hydraulic disc brake cables on a frame without mounts?
I have an 08 Giant Rincon frame that does not have routing mounts for hydraulic disc brakes. How I can mount the cables along frame without just tie wrapping them to the frame?

May be you could use those fork plastic cable guides, with zip ties?
Or, just zip ties.

I'm in the same position as you, and am just going to zip tie the cable to the frame. A very cheap solution.

I used these for my Monocog. They work great. You can order them from you friendly neighborhood bikeshop for about $10 even for a pair. These attach to your traditional cable end stops.

There are a few ideas in this thread. Try a search for "cable routing", too; there are an abundance of threads on the topic.

I rapped black tape around them till it was just a little over sized and then shoved them in the cable holders, it holds great! It is a good free fix until you figure something better out, it was a temp fix for me and my hose run under the top tube but they are still on after a year.
