I just bought a new frame-the disc guides on the top tube require the hydraulic line cable to be passed the guides, therefore I need to remove the caliper from the line, get the fluid out of the line, pass the line through the braze-on, re-attach the line to the caliper, and re-bleed the brake. The caliper is Shimano XTR M-965.
How do I remove the line from the caliper, and re-attach? Do I need any extra parts, or is everything I will need currently on the brake? What about bleeding the brake-my setup came with Mineral Oil, but I will need a syringe, correct?
