How often do you maintain and buy new brakes?

How often do you replace the pads, rotors and bleed your brakes? Also how often do you buy new brakes?

Pads are once every couple years or before & after every vacation with extensive chairlift DH riding, rotors take about 7-8 years to wear out, bleed every 3 years or before & after a chairlift DH vacation, and new brakes never. Still on my original M755 XT disc from 11 years ago with no plans to replace it unless it dies, which it shows no signs of doing. I do have a set of Saints penciled in for when I need to replace them or decide to get another bike.
