How to mount hydro brake line...

I'm building a Redline Monocog 29er and had it set up to use BB7 and Jagwire cable, well the frame is at the powdercoater's and I just got a great deal on a new set of Juicy 7's and now I'm trying to figure out how to mount the brake hose to the top tube so it don't look like crap. Thought about boring out the cable guides but don't think they are big enough. Then thought about drillin a hole in each end of the TT and running the hose thru the TT. Does anyone make custom clamps to mount the hose to the TT? And please don't say just use wire ties, I have way to much invested in this bike to do that, If I have to I will get the frame from the powdercoater and cut the brake cable guides off and fab up some hose guides and repowdercoat but that will cost like $250 for 2 trips to the oven So any ideals, pics would be GREAT too.
    Thanks Joe
