Hope X2's: How quiet are these brakes?

For those of you who have them, how quiet are the Hope X2's? Do they never make noise or what?

Mine will squawk a bit sometimes when they go through some water or mud, but quiet down quickly, and are otherwise silent.

Mine only noisy when wet, but quiet down quickly. Never hear the famous Avid warble from them. Silent running!! Had them for about 6 months.
Disclaimer: Always get a second opinion cause I'm just guessing

My X2 make the Hope buzzing sound when braking hard. Love that, once you hear it you will love hope. Im considering getting the M4 evo for my new stumpy fsr. Hopes are so easy to bleed, very similar to bleeding a dirt bike brakes.

Is there such thing as a quiet wet brake? They are quiet when set up properly with the right rotor. The stock organic pads are some of the better organic pads out there. They are quieter and thicker than the EBC Red pads that I tried. The Hope Floating Rotors are "floating rotors" and will develop play at the rivets. I didn't like this. The Avid HS1 is a repectable quiet rotor for the X2.

Do you think they would work with Avid G2 rotors? That is what I already have on the bike (currently using Juicy 7's).

I don't know for sure, but I do know that G2's have a large braking surface that should be plenty for X2 pads. Somebody on here has probably run this combo.
