Hope Mono Mini REAR, 140mm or 160mm rotor?

Alright... I'm looking to upgrade my mech discs to hydros and I'm eyeing the Hope Mono Mini discs. Just kind confused about the rotor size on the rear, should I get 160mm or 140mm? Are the brake calipers the same for both size rotors or are they different? Is there an adapter for the smaller rotor? Any benefits to the smaller rotor?

I ride cross-country or in the woods and don't do any "north shore" stuff or downhills so I'm thinking of going with a 160mm rotor up front and 140mm out back.

I have the 140mm on the rear of my Salsa, with 180mm on the front as I use Manitou Skarebs.

They perform really well and even would put them on a FR bike!
