    hope mini/mono - hayes v8 rotor compatibility

so, once again, title gets to the point rather quickly!

anyhow, can get a set of v8 rotors cheap and was wondering how well they work with both the hope mini and the hope mini mono brakes? anyone tried this setup, how did it go? can anyone think of any trouble i might come into?

    cheers

p.s. i did try a search but v8 seems to short to bring up anything half useful lol.

When I first built my GT Zaskar, in 2002, I went straight to hayes hydralics with 6" rotors, it took me one year to wear out the rotors, and the same the next year, then through Ebay I got a set of 8" rotors and caliper adaptors, and have yet to have changed the rotors, plus I have a much more powerful braking system ( one finger will through you over the bars ).

As long as the adapters are for 203mm rotors, there shouldn't be any problems.
