Help!! What brakes open more than Avid Elixir 5's

My 2011 Giant Trace x has so much flex in the rear seat stays that I'm having problems setting up rear brake. If I adjust it with no weight on bike it rubs when I'm on it and if I adjust it with my weight on the bike it rubs when I'm pushing or just coming unweighted from bumps. It's not a lot but I just need a brake that opens more then the Elixir 5 that's on there now. If anyone knows of a brake please let me know. Thanks

One of my bikes needs bb7's so I can have the clearance I need cause of dropout twisting. One of my single pivots I just put up with the unloaded rubbing. The other single pivot has a centerlock rear hub and I made a spacer under the lock ring so the rotor has some sideways play. I feel your pain..
