    Hayes prime pro issue

Hey guys I have had Hayes prime pros on my bike for a little over a year. The rears are awesome, feel great and have very short travel to engagement which is how I like em. The fronts however have been soft since day one despite having been bled 4 times with the Hayes kit.

The stroke lever/knob is very hard to turn and has little effect on the stroke from one extreme of the knob travel to th other. The stroke adjust on the rears turn bery easy and has noticible effect. I'm starting to think this may be an issue with the master cylinder or some other aspect of the system.

Any ideas? I emailed Hayes and just waiting for a response. Figured maybe a guru here would have an idea.

    Thanks in advance.
