    Caution;  Merge;  Workers Ahead! having problems and race tomorrow

    tomorrow i have a cat 2 sport race and my avid juicy 5 brakes are closed to much for me to get my wheels in, what do i do?
    please all help will help

    I've used a flat screwdriver to pry them appart with success.
    When under pressure, your level of performance will sink to your level of preparation.

    ok ill go try, and i think the problem was that i squeezed the brakes while wheels were out
