Getting my first disks ... but which ones ?

I had to get a new fork and decided to go for the RS reba for trail riding , epic racing and the odd full on XC Race.
But since they only sell them in a disk break vesion I need to decided what disk breaks.
    My choices are :
    HFX-Mag Plus with carbon levers.
    Magura Martha SL.

what would make the one better than the other

The Maguras are going to be the lightest and XC oriented brakes, and no one can complain about a Hayes brake, but for easiest setup and adjustability consider the Avid Juicy Sevens.
Question to a custom frame builder..."So what makes your bikes climb better?"....his answer, "Uh, your legs?"
