Formula Oro K18 calipers - front and rear same?

Are there any differences between the calipers in 'front' and 'rear' kits of Formula Oro K18 brakes? I'm getting them from a Euro shop but because the levers flip flop they should be easy to swap over; the rears are for some reason miles cheaper than the front so if the calipers are identical is there anything stopping me cutting the hose and running one as a front and one a rear? I've already got rotors and will buy the adaptors (one 180mm post mount for the front, one 160mm IS for the rear). Where am I going wrong or is this fine?!

The caliper itself is the same. The adapter is different. The hose length is different.

Yay that's what I was hoping, so by using the right adaptor and cutting the hose correctly I can run two rears as a front and a rear. Cool!
