formula the one vs new shimano saint 2009

as in title, which one is better? I'm looking for strong brake, which can stop my bike with one finger. weight is not very important, but I didn't found saint's weight. formula is propably about 450g per one with 180mm rotor. do anyone knows saint's weight?

    regards
