    Formula Bianco Oro for XC?

Looking at Bianco Oro for xc bike.
    -want 1 finger
-like to adjust contact to occur close to the bar
    -Using with Gripshift

-currently using Juicy 7s, I like the contact point adjustment.

would the Biancos/160mm front be overkill for XC (135lbs)

    Thanks

    Call me crazy!

But, I'd buy F180/R160 even at 135 lbs. You'll get better fade resistance on long down hills. All the Oro's stop the same if you use the same pads and stock rotors. They all have the same size internal piston and they are great brakes. The pad contact adjustment is not that big of a deal so if you can get a much better deal on a K18 you'll get the same stopping power.

I had K24's and now I ride 'One's'. (I like the color better).

    Not overkill IMO.

I have Bianco's, Puro's, & K24's. The Bianco's are my favorite due to the 1 finger lever and the stock sintered pads. Awesome power and feel. I weigh 140 and my Bianco's are on my Ventana X-5 with full XTR, Chris King hubs etc....

Get the Bianco's while you still can. You won't regret it!

The One's are working great one and a half years without a bleed. I've watched Chris @ Formula bleed them and I'm not worried. It looks pretty easy.

    Cheeers,
