    Facing PM brake mounts

Does anybody face post mounts? I have always had IS mount brakes and found that facing them helped my Maguras stay smooth and quiet. I actually own a Park DT-1 for this purpose. PM is new to me, so should I face my new PM fork as well?

Well I'd first check if it needs to and if the posts are squared. If you think it needs it, go ahead. They are not more precise much than an IS mount since both are casted and not welded.

I had to face the IS tabs but not the PM yet, I don't know if you need to. My Magura Wotan fork has a 8" minimum rotor size so no adapter needed, no facing needed.
