D'oh! Hayes rear fade when practicing wheelies

...for sessions of nearly an hour. Hayes Stroker Trail '10.
No leaks at either end and disc isn't getting hot.
I do a variety of balance skills, mostly wheelies. I never had the issue out on the trail or with shorter sessions.

Twice this has happened. 1st time I figured it was worn pads. 2nd time was with new pads. Lever travel with the new pads was short and strong. Now, the lever does full stroke and the pads clamp, just no sign of power. Pumping the brake has no affect.

Any hints that might help are appreciated.

Sounds like time for a brake bleed.
