    Does anyone know...

what the thickness of a standard disc brake rotor is, or if there is a standard?

Most common I've heard of are 1.8mm and 2.0mm. Its such a small difference that it is pretty much a non-factor in disc compatibility between brands and systems. Rotor diameter and brake-track width are the main concerns, if this is what your question is regarding.
