    1 of the MSDS sheets I found had Pentosin CHF 202 listed as ">200 deg C", but all I looked at in a quick google search have the 7.1 as not tested.

    Nope, but I think we can make a reasonable guess at it by comparing its flashpoint to those of other similar mineral oils. Pentosin 7.1 has a flashpoint of 265F. AeroShell 41 which is a low temp mineral oil hydraulic fluid has a flashpoint of 182F, and Royco 782 which is a high temp version has a flashpoint of around 400F. The boiling points of those fluids are, respectively, around 347F and 572F, so I'd guess Pentosin 7.1 is somewhere in the 420F range, give or take 25 degrees or so.
