    Disc Rotor Cleaners?

My disc brakes are squealing quite a bit recently and I suspect its because of a contaminated brake pad and rotor. I can swap the pads as they're pretty used up anyways, but I need to somehow clean the rotor. Is it okay to clean the rotors with Park Tool's Citrus chain degreaser?

is better not to use degreser because some have components that afects disc brakes if thay are very contaminated use the soap to wash dishes the one that is solid and wash the disc with it and then clean with alcohol you can save some pads by using water sandpaper and resurfacing it then you put alcohol over them and burn them or put them on your oven for some minutes to heat

Go to your auto parts store and get a can of Brake cleaner. Cheap and works great with a clean rag, be sure not to get it on the bike or your paint will peel. I spray it on the rag and then wipe off the rotors. Works like a charm.

That's probably the most ideal way. Thanks!
