    disc pads

    hi,
I just installed new disc pads and while installing them I accidentally cracked a tiny piece off the edge, corner more specific. Should I worry about it, or is it ok?

    thanks

It's more than likely nothing to be bothered about, although it may indicate a factory defect. Do you have a picture?

Well, it's your call, but unless the the pad(s) seems to be particularly soft or looks/feels as though it may seperate easily from the back plate, you're probably good to go. Keep an eye on it/them over the next couple fo rides, though.
