Disc brakes.. shwin shwin shwin shwin shwin..

Both my front and rear disc brake/rotors are making the annoying noise while riding... is it because the rotor isn't perfectly flat/ture anymore or ? I thought disc rotors are usually pretty strong.. or could it be the hubs...?

I have an entry level hardtail that came with Hayes Gx2 disc brakes and I'm assuming the rotor might be lower quality.. either that or it's the stock wheel/hub...

    What do you guys think?

Check right upper corner on this page for FAQ's... if that's not enough come back at this place.

The rotor is not prefectly true and needs truing. No biggie. Discs are sensitive beasts.

Your problem has nothing to do with rotor quality.
