    Disc Brakes on Old Frame

I have recently aquired an old Giant ATX frame. I believe it's an ATX, not sure though. I'm looking to build it up with a set of disc brakes. It does not have the mounts on the back of the frame. Is there any disc setup that I can mount to the frame without those mounting points? I suppose I could have them welded on to the frame.

I have the same problem with my Trek Y22. I purchased a Woodman Disco System that provides the caliper mounting. This adapter requires either a special offset Woodman rear hub or modification of your existing hub. I purchased the Disco system but haven't yet performed the upgrade. Will post results, or lack thereof.
