I need advice on doing a Disc Brake Conversion on a 2004 Haro V3. My budget is about 250 to 300 dollars.
Where do I start? What do I need to look for on my bike? I see on the shock there is two mounting holes that I'm assuming are for disc brakes. These holes are also on the frame.
I wanted to start with just doing the front brake. Is that a best?
Do I buy a hub and rebuild the wheel or buy new wheels? I was looking at Alex DM24 I currently have Alex DM18's on my bike.
I appreciate any advise you can give to a newb.
