    Did/Does Formula Make/Design Avid/Sram Brakes?

    I quick internet search turned up nothing. They have quite a few similarities and I thought i saw it mentioned once that Formula probably designed the elixirs. Though my Formula's don't have the squeal my Elixirs had. Anyone know? Just curious..

    There used to be some designs engineered by other companies in the past...

    Formula designed the Juicy's as mentioned. Shimano XT's 4 pots were a design from Grimeca.

    The first wavy rotors were licensed from Galfer.

    But nowadays it looks like everyone is working on their own once they acquired the know how.
