    Dia-tech replacement rotor

Has anyone used the inexpensive $10 dia-tech steel rotor in 160mm? I'm using avid mechanicals and one rotor has a noticeable wobble. Is the $10 rotor good or is there any fix to a slighty bent rotor?

Just true the rotor yourself. Set a big piece of white paper or something on the floor and set up the bike over it in bright light so you can see the distance between the rotor and the pads. As you spin the wheel, note where it rubs or gets too close, and bend the rotor back slightly with an adjustible wrench. Sounds hard but it's really simple.

    Rotor

The dia-tech rotors work okay. I use them on a set of wheels I use on the street. I haven't had any problem with them at all. Just make sure you set they rotate in the right direction and they should work fine for you.
