Correct adaptor for 180mm rotor upgrade?

I started a thread some time ago to gather information for doing a brake upgrade over the winter. I'm ready to purchase some Shimano RT76 rotors and plan to put an 180mm rotor on the front, 160 on the rear.

Here's a picture of my present brake mount and the part that was recommended in the original thread. I just want to confirm these are correct before ordering. Original thread is HERE if you need more details.

TIA for any advice....well, at least for good advice
