Converting a Shimano lever to 90 deg

I'm looking for a way to convert my Shimano M756 levers that have a straight fitting to be used with a 90 deg fitting.
This because I use a Jones H-bar and a 90 deg banjo would give me an optimal cable routing.

Is it possible to use a 90 deg banjo on a Shimano M756 lever?

    Thanks!

If you root through a Shimano small parts kit, you might be able to throw something together. I don't have a definitive answer though... sorry. If you can source the fittings, it will work.
