    Contaminated pads i think

I lubed my chain and alittle overspray got onto the rotor I forgot to wipe it off and now my back brake is squeaky and doesn't have the same gripping power. Whats the best way to cure this situation? Was thinking to take the pads out and clean with something? I have formula the one brakes. Thanks!

the 'best' way is to buy new pads and clean the rotor with some isopropyl alchohol. If you want to try and rescue the pads then you have to burn off the oil.

Put the pads in a vise and use a blow torch on them till they get really really hot. Then wait for them to cool and put them back in.
