    Smile Compatibility question

    Hi,
i am interested in combining the following products, but don't know if they are all compatible between them:

    First Bike:

    shimano st-m975

    with shimano br-m985

and carbon ti x-rotor full titanium 140/160

    and...

    Second Bike:

    shimano st-m965

    with shimano br-m985

    and shimano sm-rt75 160mm

Any opinions are very very welcome!

    Thanx!

According to the FAQ at Shimano's website all brake components are compatible. I called their customer support and got further guidance that they are all compatible except the four piston calipers. I guess this means you can't run Saint calipers with XTR levers. I was specifically calling about 985 calipers with 965 levers and they said it was good to go. Same lever stroke and fluid push between the 985 and 965.
