    Cleaning brake cable housing

    Hi there,

I'm kinda stuck with no access to buy new housing and i want to make my bike ready for tomorrow.
So, i would like to have a trick to perform a good cleaning of the housings. I've tried compress air but does not seems to do great... Any product? Special brush or tool (homemade or else)?

    Thanks

I take the cable out of the housing and drip some dry lube down inside of it and coat the cable as well.

I can of tri flow with the straw attached. Remove the housing and blast a bunch into the end. I will clear the $hit out of it in no time.
Then you need to clean the cable as well, as it will have grit and such on it.
Then, when you have access, buy new housing.
Look, whatever happens, don't fight the mountain.
