the stainless steel braided line on my shimano disc brake is too long, any way i can trim it down? thanks in advance
the best tool is a dremel with a cut off wheel. Cuts it clean and quick.
"I do whatever my Rice Cripsies tell me to!"
The cut off wheel is a good idea and I'd also wrap strapping tape around the hose before cutting. This will help keep the steel braids from fraying.
At least this is what we do at work when cutting fancy steel braided hoses for hot rods.
I only ride bikes to fill the time when I'm not skiing.
