    Brake upgrade

What would be a good first upgrade brake? im thinking something hydraulic and floating rotor (i know it also works better, but maily looks :P). Im looking at a used parker and most everything on it is upgraded except the brakes, so i want to upgrade those once i get it and idk what brakes to get, jenson's selection is way too extensive for me to narrow them down.
also, nothing cheap, but not more then $300ish, i want something that will last a while and work great

Forget the floating rotors. Spend your money on a quality brake system. Try a Formula Rx or a Shimano Deore. Those are two good value systems. A 180 F/ 160 R gives you a very versatile braking system.
