    brake upgrade?

just got my brand new yukon fx today solid bike.but the brakes just dont do it for me, sure theyre good but just not for me.i went for a 20 kay ride n they were good but not gwd enough call me what you will but the m415 dont do it for me . so i wanna upgrade once i get paid. but there is so many to choose from, i dont want anything like 203mm cos that is overkill but anything like hydraulics(for a newbie) will be gwd or even top end mech disc brakes
    im an bout u?

Avid Mechanicals (~$50 per wheel new)
I'd still give the Shimano's a bit of time to really bed in, and have the set up double checked by a (another?) shop just to be sure.
But I am sure you will find the consesous (spellun') is that BB-5's are good and BB-7's are better/your best bet.
Go with the standard 160mm rotor if you are a "regular" sized guy, 185mm if you are 190lbs+ (this is just my opinion).
If necessity is the mother of invention, laziness is the deadbeat dad that knocked her up.
