    Brake squeal

So I got my bike used and it has an off brand mechanical rear disc brake. The brake has floating pads (magnetic) and I recently replaced them and Bed them in properly. Lately though When not locking up the wheel, I get a tremendous squeal. I took off the rotor and pads and sanded/ cleaned them and re bed them in and the same problem occurred. I think it might be a vibration problem as the caliper even when fully tightened down can move from side to side quite a bit and as I mentioned the pads are floating. Does this sound like the problem? My avid brakes up front don't have the same issue and don't have any side to side play. Should I just replace them? Thanks! Oh and the pads are not contaminated, they haven't gotten any oil or anything on them.

Anyway you can get organic pad from any brand that will fit yours?
