    Bleed on or off bike.

Hey, I just got some XTR discs and need to fill and bleed them. My question is, do the calipers need to be hanging off the bike to be bled? I need to thread the hose through my bike (seatpost mast on a Turner) and if I bled them like the instructions suggest, then there would be no way to get the hose back through the bike after the bleed. Would it be ok to bleed them after installing the calipers and the hose to the bike?

    Thanks.
