Cool-blue Rhythm Best Tool for cleaning Marta calipers?

My Martas give me a little squealing now and again, I think its built up dust and crud (I don't ride in the mud) caked aroung the caliper pistons, not letting the pads fully retract. Not easy to get to- I tried with a toothbrush thru the narrow slot opening but it wasn't too effective. Anybody found a better way to clean?

Yeah I have a soft bristle bottle brush that gets into all small places when I give the bike a soapy water bath. You can find those brushes in all sizes.
