Best hydraulic discbrake for cold weather and/or winter use?

What's the best hydraulic discbrake for cold weather and/or winter use?

First of all I've ordered BB7s for my dedicated winterbike, but what should I get for my main xc bicycle?

I live very far north in Norway and 30f/0c nights isn't unheard of by September, so I'd imagine that the different oils and fluids used by different brands come into question? Viscosity at different temperatures yielding different braking results etcetc.

Anyhow, I might be far off with this assumption so if I am, please do tell!

Just avoid mineral oil. Make sure you get brakes with DOT fluid. It's the same as what cars use. My X.0 and Code R brakes have been working great in the winter time on my fat bike and cargo bike respectively.
