Best brake pads for Shimano M446?

Question I have is can I put better resin brake pads in my Shimano BR-M446 rear and front calipers. I understand the factory pads are B01S but I only got 450km out of them (a lot of downhill). Rotors are Shimano SM-RT54 and have 'resin only' printed on them. I'm systematically upgrading my bike to XT gear but brakes are still ex factory. Still relatively new to bike maintenance. Thanks.

Since the rotors are for resin only, you want to try and stay away from metallic pads. I have always had good luck with pads from (seller "bikefridge" on ebay). If you upgraded your rotors, you can use any pads. Those pads are the same as Tektro Auriga, Shimano Deore M525 so they are very available from multiple vendors.
