No good BENT DISC :( plz help!

ok, so i just got my p.1 2007. and it seems that the front disc is rotating off axis for about 1 second when i spin it at a pretty quick rate. So, is it possible to fix this without disassembling brakes and then bending the disc and crap? they are AVID BB 5's, and it s a brand new bike, only ridden once (bec it is snowing ) ... so

how can i fix the brake from rubbing and slowign me down!?!?!?

Bring it to the shop, your rotors need to be trued. If the metal is kinked, you're out of luck, you'll need a new rotor.

Under the FAQ at the top right of this page, you'll find the answers you want. Truing a disc can be very easy - done it many times myself following the guigelines in the FAQ.

However, since it's a new bike, take it back and get them to do it.

What if the Hokey Pokey is what it's all about?

Is it possible that your front wheel is not fully into the dropouts? Loosen off your quick release with the bike up side down, and let the wheel drop in, then snug the qr back up.
