    Basic adjustment (Juicy 7) question:

Hi - Juicy 7's the rear brake - outside pad is rubbing against the rotor - how do I adjust it out just a hair?

I'm always terrified to mess with my brakes the night before a ride but I know this is simple - Sometimes I miss my BB7s.

    Thaknks for your help,
If a little is good...a lot must be great!- B.J. McVane

Make sure your wheel is fully in the dropouts. You need to center the caliper.

Loosen the bolts that attach the caliper to the adapter. This will allow the caliper to move side to side. Pump the lever a few times and then hold it. This will align the pads to the rotor. Maintain pressure on the lever. Alternately snug the two bolts - make sure the caliper does not shift. Torque to spec. Check for rub. Repeat if necessary.
