Hi peeps, I recently got a second handed avid juicy five on my bike, they are light and look strong. But I kinda feel they should have more break power, I am currently at 187 pounds and dropping and I have 160 mm stock shimano discs infront, pads are also second handed. Do you think that by upgrading to 180 infront and keep losing weight the brakes will work better? As a paremeter I could say shimano deore brakes work much better than mine. Any suggestion or opinion is welcome.
