Avid HS1 vs Shimano XT ROTORS

I have some avid hs1 that came with my bike, i got some shimano xt with Ice-tech rotors with an XT kit that i bought.

Dont know which one to keep. HS1 looks great, works great too I have no issues with them, XT doesnt look as good, are heavier than the avid.

So, are the XT way better than the avids??

Ordered an XT brakeset to replace my crappy Juicy 3s. I guess if you're a weight weanie you could keep the old ones but I wanna a try the Ice Tech rotors.

Do a little research on the XT ice tech rotors. I suspect their sandwich technology, robustness and resistance to vibrations run circles around the Avids.

I have been riding / racing the HS1 rotors with my XTR M985 brakes for a few months and haven't found a single reason to switch rotors. The only time they ever make any noise is after a creek crossing and even then it doesn't even last a minute of use and performance never fades.
