Avid elixr squealing, any point of trying organic?

I have a set of avid elixr 7's on my hardtail, and after a particularly dusty ride with a lot of downhill, they have been squealing like a piggy ever since. I tried lightly sanding and cleaning my rotors with alcohol, which worked at first but the squeal came back. Is there any point of trying organic pads (thinking swiss stops) or should I just pony up the dough and switch to shimano?

I could never get rid of the squeal coming from my Elixir 7s, but I was unhappy enough with every other aspect of the brake that I never thought about new pads, I just upgraded. Shimano makes a great brake but look at the selection from Hope as well. I didn't like that Shimano didn't sell any replacement parts directly to the consumer for the brake, that they didn't work great in colder temps, and that they had that on/off feeling (both good and bad I guess) and looked into other options. Went with the Hope M4s and couldn't be happier, they're my favorite part about my bike now. The feel and combination of modulation and raw stopping power is literally perfection.
