Any Way to Shorten Travel on Tektro Draco 2?

I just got a Specialized Rockhopper Comp 29 and was wondering if there was any way to shorten the travel on the brake levers. I've managed to pull the distance from the grips towards me, but there's a lot of travel where the brakes don't do anything before it catches; and I would like to shorten that.

Only thing I can think of is bleed them (or have the shop bleed them) with a slightly thinner bleed block. You may not have enough fluid in the system, allowing too much space between the pistons.

The 2mm allen on the inside of the lever is the engagement adjustment. I forget at the moment which way you need to turn it to shorten the take up. The manual on Tektro's site doesn't tell you which way to turn it, but it shows you right where it is.

That's the screw I used for reach adjustment, though...
