Any tips for placing juicy 5 brake pads?

So I attempted to replace my Juicy 5 brake pads and I can't get them in!

I have done this once before and it took me like 5 minutes the last time. This time no matter how I push and pull and jiggle it won't go in!

Other than paying my LBS does anybody have any tips?

Did you push the pistons all the way into the caliper to allow for the thickness of the new pads?

So I stuck a small 9 mm wrench in and pressed on the pistons as far as I can tell they are pushed as far as they will go back.
