Any 6-bolt rotors compatible with Shimano SLX brakes?

The SLX brakes use the SM-RT64 rotor, which is center lock. Does anyone know if the 6-bolt SM-RT75 SM-RT61, or or SM-RT51 rotors work with these brakes?

Yes, they all will work. You could also look into Disco Brakes Rotors, found on ebay. Generally they are less expensive and the quality is great. I have a set of Brand New LX centerlock rotors that I never used if you are interested i will make you a great deak on them.
