    Always adjusting...

    Hey All,
I have a Trek EX 8 with Elixir 5's. I am having rubbing issues. I do the loosen the caliper, squeeze lever, tighten caliper routine all to often. I will have it running great in the stand and then it will rub slightly when I get on it. Other times I will have it running fine and 10 miles into the ride it will start to rub enough that I will stop and re-set the calipers then it seems to be fine for a while. My QR seem tight. I am just puzzled by how it can be fine and then not, over and over. Rotors seem true and the bike has only 100 miles on it.
My Blur has BB7's on it so it was always easy to tweek a pad in or out as needed. Seems like I shouldnt have to keep adjusting the caliper position over and over. First time with hydros. Thanks for any advice you can offer. CF

Check the rotor properly to ensure that it is true.
Make sure that you are tightening the caliper properly - could be loosening and moving slightly mid ride.
    Recheck the QR tightness.
    Check pad clearance.
