    After Market V-Brake Posts

Hope someone can help here. Somewhere on the web I have seen after market V-brake posts, allowing you to install rear V-brakes when no posts exist (eg: bike is disc only). If anyone knows where these things can be ordered I would appreciate it. Thanks.

    Regards, Mark.

Just in case anyone searches for the same answer, I found what I was looking for - Big Cheese Dimension V-Brake Adaptors from AirBomb. Regards, Mark.

let us know how that big cheese thing works out...

maybe post us a picture of it installed. The only option I found was a similar plate, but it was very heavy, and cost around $25, from Danscorp.com. I would love to put a v-brake on the rear of my current bike. The only other option would be to braze on some mounts- but unless your frame is steel, I would not consider it.

I have found another option - DNA's V-Powerstop. Thanks for the comments. I will check out the one you mention before ordering anything. Thanks, Mark.
